• Connectivity: You'll have access to fast and stable Wi-Fi, as well as power points to charge your electronic devices.

• Facilities: Depending on the lounge, there may be additional facilities such as showers and work stations.

• Relaxed Waiting: You can enjoy the facilities in peace while the host keeps an eye on the time and gate of your flight.

• Pick-up service: The host will pick you up and escort you to the departure gate.

Porter Service

Booking additional hours for a Meet & Greet Service is a flexible option that offers you added security and convenience, especially in the event of unexpected delays or longer layovers. These additional hours ensure your personal host remains available, even if your plans change.

When you book a Meet & Greet service, you reserve a standard time slot for your host. The additional hours option allows you to extend that time slot.

• Service Extension: If your flight is delayed or you unexpectedly have to wait longer for your luggage, your host will remain available. This prevents additional stress and ensures you don't have to find your way around on your own.

• Flexibility in Uncertainty: Pre-booking additional hours is ideal if you have a tight connection but want to take possible delays into account.

• Adjusting the Reservation: You can often add the additional hours to your reservation during the booking process. Sometimes it's also possible to arrange this on-site, provided the host's availability allows.
